Introductory Senior / Ageless Yoga 4-week series begins on Tuesday, May 7:

  • Tuesdays 9:30-10:45am
  • For ages 50+
  • $50 for 4-week series (through May 28), with Mary.
  • Pre-registration required; contact Mary to register or for more details.

Allan Nett - Level 1-3 - Saturdays, 9:00-10:30am
  • $15 with 4-class card; $20 drop-in
  • Students new to Allan's class will receive their second class free!
  • Chrysan Dosh of Shingle Springs, certified Iyengar teacher, will sub for Allan on May 11.

Restorative Class with Mary - 1st Friday of the Month
  • Next class is Friday, June 7, 5:30-7:30pm 
  • $20 fee; pre-registration required

Next Intro Series begins on Tuesday, June 4, 5:30-6:45pm

  • $50 for 4-week series (through June 25), with Mary.
  • Pre-registration required; no drop-ins.
  • Registration includes 1 free Thursday night Continuing Beginners class!
$5 Community Class with Karen Tercho (teacher-in-training):
  • Next classes are Sunday, May 12 and Sunday May 19, 10:00-11:30am
  • $5 drop-in fee; classes usually held 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month
